Executive Assistant and Office Support
Beacon LLP is a sophisticated boutique estate, tax, and business succession planning law firm located in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for an executive assistant to join our growing team!
This person will provide executive assistance to our attorneys and handle reception duties. This includes scheduling, rescheduling, and calendaring phone, video conference, and in-person meetings for attorneys. They assist each attorney with their specific needs, coordinate internal meetings, and plan firm social events. In addition, they support and carry out tasks from partners and the Office Operations Manager regarding the operations of the firm. This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, good judgment for problem solving, and must be able to carefully handle details of confidential and critical nature. This position offers a competitive compensation along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and sick time.

Associate (entry level)
Beacon LLP is a sophisticated boutique estate, tax, and business succession planning law firm located in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for an entry level associate interested in this field to join our growing team!
This associate will support partners and any senior associates in estate, tax, and business succession planning-related matters. A J.D. from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the state of California is required. An LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning and/or CA certified specialization in Taxation Law or Estate Planning and Probate Law is highly desired. A strong desire to practice long-term in estate planning for taxable estates is required. This position offers a competitive salary along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and sick time.

Associate (3+ years of experience)
Beacon LLP is a sophisticated boutique estate, tax, and business succession planning law firm located in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for an associate with a few years of tax and estate planning experience to join our growing team!
This associate will support partners and any senior associates in estate, tax, and business succession planning-related matters. A J.D. from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the state of California is required. An LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning and/or CA certified specialization in Taxation Law or Estate Planning and Probate Law is highly desired. A meaningful amount of work experience in estate planning for taxable estates (i.e., 3+ years) is required. This position offers a competitive salary along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and sick time.
